45 Year old Nigerian Man Accused of Rapping 7 Year old girl in Gbajimba Guma LGA Benue State

A popular cafeteria owner whose name is "Bala" in Gbajimba village -capital of Guma local government in Benue state Nigeria today 24th May,2017 was dragged to the vigilante station at the Village square accused  of rapping a 7 years old girl whose name we got as "Ado"
45 years old Bala refused the charges and said, he only sent the girl to purchased him Maggi for N100 for his wife.

while the 7 years old victim says, the man did not have sex with her but  was touching her body and even her breast before she shouted for the population to come out for her rescue.
One of the villagers told Infancy happy's blog (IHB™) that, Bala is fun of sleeping with people's wife and other girls in the village in exchange of Indomie noodles and concluded for the case at hand, he doubted if it is true while others demanded the accused should be beaten and sent-out of the village with a strong message - his own is too much- 99 days for the thief and one day for the truth.

The big question is; why was the accused touching her breast and why did the girl shout for help?
